academics
IAM will offer accredited courses in partnership with Crown College. Students can earn a Certificate in Church Leadership Development (36 hours) that will cultivate a strong foundation of Biblical knowledge, leadership skills for Christian ministry.
Courses will be built with Indigenous cultural relevance at its core to better relate to students and participants coming from and/or ministering within these diverse cultural contexts. Instructors will be prepared and encouraged to consider how their classroom, activities, and delivery foster engagement and application of materials to ministry service within Indigenous contexts.
The completed certificate will meet the education requirement for those students seeking ordination within the Christian & Missionary Alliance.
